MODULE 3 EMOTIONS | LESSON 4 >
In this lesson, we lean into the final part of working with your emotions in healthier and more skillful ways by doing some much-needed release work. When you release, you make room for the vision. Honor this process. Stay slow and gentle with yourself as you integrate.

A NOTE ABOUT THE PM DAILY PRACTICE...
In this meditation we are using the practice of Emotional Coherence or Heart Coherence. I learned this practice from Tom Kenyon as well as the Heart Math Institute. The goal of this practice is not to live in a state of appreciation or gratitude 100% of the time. We'll all be shook by the emotions of sadness, frustration, jealousy, fear, anger, etc (called "incoherent emotions" in this framework). In Module 3 we'll dig into the value of every emotion. Various studies, including those conducted by the Heart Math Institute, show conclusively that when we are in a "coherent" state such as appreciation, our cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills actually improve. So there's that. For now, work with the practice in the evenings and throughout the day as you wish.
