MODULE 3 EMOTIONS | LESSON 3 >

This week is less of a "lesson" in the way you're used to and more of a toolkit of support for moving your emotions by moving your energy (energy in motion = e+motion). Many of us unconsciously let our emotions/energy stagnate inside of us and all of us could be more skilled and moving them.

Below is a suggested flow for practicing with these powerful tools. Try 1 exercise every 3-4 days, unless another rhythm naturally arises for you. Once you've gone through them all, you can tune into the ones that really felt supportive and come back to them as you need them.

IF YOU HAVEN'T YET WORKED WITH YOUR INNER CHILD, IT'S TIME. YOU CAN LEAVE IT OPEN TO SEE WHO SHOWS UP, OR YOU CAN BE INTENTIONAL ABOUT WORKING WITH A VERSION OF YOU FROM A CERTAIN TIME PERIOD/CERTAIN AGE.

NEXT UP, TRY THE EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SCALE. IT CAN BE A REAL GAME-CHANGER IN WORKING WITH YOUR EMOTIONS IN A CONCRETE STEP-BY-STEP WAY.

THIS EMOTIONS SOUND HEALING EXERCISE CAN BE USED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN (AS IS TRUE WITH EVERYTHING IN THIS "LESSON")...THIS IS A PRACTICE THAT INTEGRATES YOUR EMOTIONAL BODY AND YOUR PHYSICAL BODY IN A VERY TANGIBLE WAY. I RECOMMEND STICKING WITH IT EVEN IF YOUR FIRST FEW PRACTICES END UP DIFFERENTLY THAN YOU THOUGHT THEY WOULD. KEEP GOING!
