True clarity comes from slowing down
...SO HERE ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE TOOLS TO HELP YOU DO JUST THAT.
Slowing down and grounding has been one of THE MOST important lessons I've learned so far on my path. Here's what to expect in the recording and guide:
- An insightful mini-training on why slowing down is absolutely necessary
- A calming meditation and visualization that you can access whenever you want to actually do this whole slowdown thing
- Feeling more present and clear at the end of the meditation
- To feel presence and clarity on a regular basis, ground on the daily.
- You can listen to this recording or use the imagery and do the visualization on your own.
Here's how to best utilize this guided meditation and training:
- Put some time in your calendar to really do this. Put aside an hour. Yes, one full hour just for you.
- When it's time, download or view the Guide and do the "Pre-Meditation Questions".
- Turn the notifications off on your phone (do that anyway, it's totally straining your nervous system), get some water or tea, take out your journal and pen to track any insights or take notes, and get comfy.
- Queue up the guided meditation and training and dive in!
- Do the "Post-Meditation Questions" to assess where you're at after grounding.
